Your visit begins with a professional consultation which helps us to address your particular concerns, and craft a plan to execute impeccable service. Whether it’s a simple style, designer cut, color, hair extensions or natural hair care, your visit ends with a work of art that bears your signature style and quality as we seek to exceed your expectations every time. It is our aim to cultivate a long-lasting client relationship with you by keeping you looking and feeling as beautiful as you really are.
Cash is the preferred method of payment for stylist payments, however some stylists also accept Cash App, Venmo, Zelle and major credit card payments. Please speak with your stylist to verify payment options prior to booking your service.
We provide services for children age 4 and up with a parent or guardian present at all times during the service. In consideration of our other guests, we are unable to allow other family members who are not being serviced in the salon.
Please be punctual for all appointments, this aids us in servicing you in a timely manner. We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to any salon services. We require a 48 hour cancellation notice to allow us to re-book that time slot. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice and no shows will be charged 50% of the value of the services schedule to the credit card on file or the gift certificate value.
Reservations can be made 1 week in advance. We recommend you schedule your next service upon checkout.
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and can only be use for any products or services we offer. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards must be redeemed before the date of expiration.
We request that all phones be kept on vibrate while in the salon for the relaxation of all of our guests. We request that all tablets be kept on silent or used with an earpiece.

We regret to inform you we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit. For the protection of your clothing, please change into the smock provided.
